Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To make a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@hazelandco-ny.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide the order number you received in an email or on a paper invoice directly from us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you our return address, along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping and customs charges for returns due to change of mind or exchange.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and linings attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being refused.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item). All items must be returned to our warehouse.

Note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.
